3:  Web Developer (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the backend infrastructure of our websites, including database management, server-side scripting, and API integrations.
  
• Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using best practices and coding standards.
  
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms to protect user data and ensure data privacy.
  
• Optimize website performance by monitoring and fine-tuning database queries, caching mechanisms, and server configurations.
  
• Ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components, working closely with frontend developers to achieve smooth user experiences.
  
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues, identifying and resolving bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other technical problems.
  
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of backend systems.
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and backend technologies.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as designers, project managers, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality web solutions on time.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  
• Proven experience as a Website Backend Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful backend projects.
  
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby, or Java.
  
• Experience with web frameworks like Express.js, Django, Laravel, Ruby on Rails, or Spring.
  
• Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration with third-party APIs.
  
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and server configurations (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
